Utilix

Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2026

Use of the service

Utilix provides a collection of free online utilities. By using the site you agree to use the tools lawfully and not to abuse the service — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, scraping at high volume, or using it to process content you do not have the right to process.

Your content

You retain full ownership of any files or text you process with Utilix. The vast majority of tools run in your browser, so your content does not leave your device. For tools that require a server, your content is processed only to fulfill the request and is not retained by Utilix beyond the request lifecycle.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep them accurate and reliable, but you are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them — especially for legal, financial, medical, or other consequential decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utilix and its maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss, lost profits, or service interruptions.

Third-party services

Some tools rely on third-party libraries or providers. Their terms apply when those components are used. Utilix is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Changes

These terms may be updated occasionally. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
