Privacy Policy

In short

Utilix is built privacy-first. The vast majority of tools run entirely in your browser — your files are never uploaded to a server, and we do not require an account to use them.

What we don't collect

• We do not require sign-ups, so we don't collect names, emails, or passwords.
• We do not upload your files. Files dropped into client-side tools stay on your device.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

What we may collect

• Anonymous usage analytics. Aggregate counts of which tools are used so we can prioritize improvements. No personally identifiable information is collected.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider may keep short-term logs (IP, timestamp, user agent) for security and operational reasons.

Tools that contact a server

A small number of tools require a server (for example, AI summarization). For those, the input you submit is sent to the upstream provider only for the duration of the request and is not retained by Utilix. Each such tool clearly indicates that it is server-based.

Cookies

Utilix uses local storage only to remember your preferences (such as light/dark theme). We do not use tracking cookies.

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will reflect the change. Significant updates will be highlighted on the homepage.
